Giving up smoking is one of the hardest things that you will ever do.
They say that giving up smoking is harder than giving up heroine,
gambling or alcohol. So many things seem to be dependent on smoking
that it becomes not just something you do, but almost part of you.
Can you imagine doing the following things without having a cigarette in your hand?
- going for a walk
- sitting in traffic
- being at a party
- being in a bar/pub
- having a deliciously filling meal
The list goes on and on.
For each individual person, the reasons why you smoke and when you smoke are different.
